Så er vi på plads igen, og lige om lidt starter behandlingen af de forskellige forslag.

World Cat Congress
Votes:              Yes                     32                    No                            3                 Abstain             4

14.1

The World Cat Congress (WCC) was founded to promote a better understanding and cooperation among the world’s leading catassociations in matters of mutual interest and concern which affects all cat lovers, from the pedigree breeder to the pet owner.

The purpose of the WCC is to provide harmony within the cat-fancy worldwide and to include as members those organisations with similar philosophies on the health and welfare of cats, standards, judge training, registrations, and titles.

As one of its founding members, FIFe shall always retain its membership and perform an active role in cooperating with the other WCC members with respect to the constitution and by-laws of the WCC.

14.2

FIFe shall be represented at the Annual General Meeting of the WCC by one voting delegate and by a second person in an advisory capacity.
The FIFe representatives are selected for their abilities. They must be fluent in English.
The FIFe representatives must submit a detailed report on the WCC Annual General Meeting to the Board and the FIFe General Assembly.

14.3

The two representatives of FIFe to the WCC Annual General Meeting shall be appointed by the Board, in consultation with the Commissions.

<Bemærk: der er slettet hele afsnit 14.4 og det meste af 14.3 på opfordring fra bestyrelsen.>

Remark: If this proposal is carried, the board must take every reasonable effort to implement these rules also for the 2025 Annual General Meeting (held in August 2025).

Proposals regarding the Standards, General Part & the EMS System

AT  KKÖ                        Proposal 1 - Standards, General Part & EMS System      BLH/BSH
Chinchilla/Shell in BSH/BLH in silver and golden point
Votes:              Yes               35                          No                5                             Abstain

KKÖ proposes the EMS code 12 33 for shell in the following BLH/BSH varieties for registration and show.

COLOUR / FARBE / COULEUR / EMS CODE Remarks
SILVER SHELL POINTED F, H
BLH/BSH n/a/b/c/d/e/f/g/h/j/o/p/q/r s 12 33

BLH/BSH n/a/b/c/d/e/f/g/h/j/o/p/q/r y 01/02/03 12 33

Coat colour H for 11 33 New

The back, flanks, head, ears and tail should be evenly tipped in the genetic color. Even tipping at 1133 is moreimportant than the length of tipping on each hair. The legs may show even tipping towards the paws. The legs must be free of tabby markings.

Coat color H for 12 33 New

A chinchilla/shell shows almost no base color in the tips of the hair, the hair is 1/8 or less tipped in the base color, so there is only very weak tipping on the face and no mask markings. The fur between the pads of the feet is not colored in the base color. The sole stripes should show little to no base color

Ratification:

A shell displays almost no pigmentation in the tips of the hair, a very faint tipping in the face, tail and legs. This leads to confusion when evaluated, due to missing point features, like the mask, which are not discernable.

This is also based upon the re-instatement for EMS-code 12 in all other BSH/BLH varieties.

BEMÆRK: 11 og 12 skal dømmes sammen - der tilføjes denne information til standarden!

ID  ICA                           Proposal 1 - Standards, General Part & EMS System
Guidebook on Stardards including sketches/photographs
Votes:              Der kan ikke stemmes her, da det ikke vedrører nogen regel.

Our recommendation is that FIFe develop a more comprehensive guidebook on cat standards for each breed, which will include sketches of the face, body, and other features, as well as examples of correct photos and faults. This will ensure that all judges have a shared comprehension.

The Judges and Standards Commission will schedule and organise online breed lectures on “rare breeds.” These lectureswill not contribute to the number of cats seen by the Student Judge but will allow him to apply for the judges’ examination without asking for exceptions.

Breed lectures can be requested to the Judges and Standards Commission by the Members or by the Board when at least 3 applications have been received.

Breed lectures will be scheduled for every “rare breed” at least once every two calendar years in advance. For each“rare breed,” the next lecture will be listed in the official FIFe calendar at least one month prior to its date.

If a Student Judge (or a Judge) intends to attend a breed lecture, he must inform his participation by using a special form which is available for downloading on the FIFe website and indicates the scheduled lectures.

Scheduled breed lectures will take place when at least 3 applications for participation have been received. In case of lesser applications, breed lectures may be rescheduled to one year after.

Breed lectures may also be organised on request from the Board.

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued by email within two weeks after a breed lecture to each Judge and Student Judge who remained in attendance for the whole online session.

The list of “rare breeds” is maintained and updated by the FIFe Board on recommendation from the Judges and Standards Commission. Currently the following breeds are listed: JBS, LPL/LPS, MAN/CYM and SOK.

The FIFe Board may grant exceptions to this rule when a candidate applies for his final examination in accordance with the geographic situation of that candidate.

Remark: If this proposal is accepted, it will be effective as from 01.07.2025.

In case of a split the best cats are ranked according to article E.3.1. Winners are only the first- placed cats from the respective division ring The split of a ring is optional. or:
    • Division of Rings based on participant numbers For FIFe Rings with 100 or more Cats, the Ring may be divided into multiple categories*, each with at least 50 cats, judged by separate licensed judges (the maximum number of cats per judge is defined by D.2.5). Each judge selects 5 to 10 cats from their categories, as directed by the show organizer, to ensure the final number of cats is manageable. All participating judges then rank the best 10 cats from the combined pool of selected cats incooperation (see 8). This division is optional and at discretion of the organizing club. *Categories can be divided in groups e.g. longhair, semi-longhair, shorthair, hairless, SIA/OSH or mixed groups of all hair categories. A division by breed, e.g. only BSH, MCO or NFO cats, is not permitted.
  • - FIFe-Master-Ring

    • – Master-Ring only once per year per country The Master-Ring of FIFe may be organized in each country only once per year during a licensed national winner show. The Master Ring is held separately for adults, neuters and kittens. The same rules apply as for the FIFe Ring.
    • – Application for organization of a Master-Ring The permission is granted by the FIFe
    • – Presentation of the confirmation for the participation required If cats want to participate in the Master-Ring of FIFe, theowners of the cats have to present the original documents or the copies certified by the member-club of the FIFe, which confirm the win in a FIFe-Ring.
    • – Qualification of judges in a FIFe-Master-Ring Only judges who are holding a judge’s permission for the categories of the cats participating in the ring, have the authority to direct the Master-Ring.
    • – Title FIFe-Master The first and the second place of a non-splitted Master-Ring receive the title „FIFe-Master“. In case of a split the winner of each splitted ring gets title “FIFe-Master”. This can be entered in the FIFe pedigrees.
    • – Number of prizes The maximum number of prizes in the Master-Ring is 10, regardless the total number of participants. The cats are ranked according to the FIFe-Ring. A.3.1 is applied accordingly.
    • – Merging of Master-Rings If the minimum number (4 ) of adults, neuters or kittens is not reached, the Master- Ring can be merged. (e.g., adults / neuters, kittens or adults / neuters / kittens).
    • – Split of the Master-Ring in case of more than 39 cats possible If the number of participants is more than 39 in a Master-Ring, the Master-Ring may be split similar to the FIFe-Ring, but the number of participants in the second part-ring may not be less than 4. In that case the best cats are selected similar to the FIFe-Ring. A.3.2.1 is applied accordingly. 24 FIFe Show Rules Part E FIFe-Ring
  • - FIFe-Double Master-Ring
    • – Participation in the Double Master-Ring Cats, which received the 1st and 2nd place in FIFe-Master-Rings, are entitledto participate in the Double Master-Ring of the If a FIFe Master-Ring was split according to A.3.2.1, only the winner (=1stplace) of each part-ring may participate in the Double Master-Ring. Remaining rules are the same like in the FIFe-Master-Ring.
  • - FIFe-Triple Master-Ring
    • – Participation in the Triple Master-Ring Cats, which received the 1st and 2nd place in FIFe-Double Master- Rings, are entitled to participate in the Triple Master Ring of the FIFe. If a FIFe Double Master-Ring was split according to 3.2.1, onlythe winner (=1st place) of each part-ring may participate in the Triple Master-Ring. Rules analogous to the existing Master Ring rules. It is usually performed at the Olimpia show.

Only if the organizer of the FIFe Cat Olimpia waives the option, can this ring be held at another show. Only cats who have reached the title Triple Master, can enter this ring. At least 4 cats must be present for the ring. Only the first placed cat is given the title Diamond Master.

  • –Exchange points can be counted towards the points of each country's winner show, and the specific points will be determined by each country
  • - Regarding the ring application fee: The ring is not a necessary part of the FIFe show, and whether it will be exhibited depends on the decision of the applying club, and the corresponding application fee will be paid. It is recommended to pay 20euros per ring for each ring competition (if the show lasts for two days and one kitten, youth, or adult ring per day, the application fee will be 120 euros, and the application fee for six ring

competitions will be paid). The application fee for the Master Ring has doubled to 40 euros

  • - If the club does not want to add rings, there is no need to apply
  • - Judge's commission: For judges participating in the judging process, a commission of 5-3 euros is paid per cat, depending on the amount negotiated between the host club and the judge.
  • - According to the FIFe rules, if there are more than 100 participating table judge cats and ring race cats, the judge has the right to refuse work. But if the judge agrees after consultation, it can be carried out

Summary: The above proposal, as one of the forms of enriching the FIFe show, is considered to increase the enthusiasm of participants in breeding and have more opportunities in a show. And find more fun and participation from the FIFe show. Theflexible application mechanism does not affect the normal performance of countries with too many registrations but instead brings more competitiveness to some developing countries. For judges, they can increase their income through rings, and for clubs, they can compensate for the cost of the show by increasing their income through rings. For participants, they canshowcase their cats through another path, especially since two high- quality cats in the same group may have the embarrassment of one being eliminated. Using rings can make up for the disappointment of breeders The ring does not affect the professionalism of FIFe but provides a more interesting gameplay that allows breeders to have more things to do while waiting for the table judge. The ring mainly displays the cat's personality state and serves as a promotion to the public, better showcasing its own beauty。
